In the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission, Uddhav Thackeray has disclosed his assets.

Cash in hand, bank deposits, shares, bonds, funds – 21 crore 68 lakh insurance policy, jewelery all together his assets are 24 crore 14 lakh. No vehicle in Uddhav Thackeray’s name.
Uddhav has real estate worth Rs 52.54 crore.
Uddhav had taken 5 plots in Raigad district between 1986 and 1988 at a cost of Rs 95,000.
He has a farmhouse on one place which is worth Rs 5 crore.
Plots in Ahmednagar and Mahim have a total value of Rs 4 crore 20 lakh. The cost of the land after construction on it is 13 crore 64 lakhs.
The total value of their Bandra East and Bandra West residential areas is Rs 33.73 crore. The real estate in Uddhav’s name is Rs 52.44 crore. HDFC Bank has a loan of Rs 4 crore in the name of Uddhav Thackeray.
Uddhav’s wife Rashmi Thackeray has immovable and movable assets worth Rs 65 crore. Rashmi Thackeray’s source of income is business. Uddhav Thackeray’s sources of income are salary, dividend fund and capital gain.
There are 23 cases pending against Uddhav Thackeray, but none of them are guilty.
